Breastfeeding Myths Book

Book Review

Busting the Misinformation Harming You, Your Baby, and Society

by Lucy Ruddle, IBCLC

Lucy has done an absolutely wonderful job with her book. It is great to see an IBCLC publish a book covering such a wide variety of topics and, of course, breastfeeding myths.

Each topic and myth covered in this book is not just explained in everyday terms, while being supported by loads of references, but Lucy has included a wide array of personal stories as well to compliment these as well.

In my opinion, it is these personal experiences that help hee book stand out and really help to make the book extremely relatable to all anyone looking for answers to their breastfeeding issues or for anyone who just want to learn more about breastfeeding in general.

I would love to know what you think too, be sure to post a comment once you have finished reading!
