FXI Recalls Novaform Mattresses Due to Mold Exposure Risk; Exclusively Sold at Costco

Recalled ComfortGrande 14” Mattress

Recalled DreamAway 8” Mattress

Recall Date: September 21, 2023.

FXI has issued a recall for its Novaform ComfortGrande 14-inch and Novaform DreamAway 8-inch mattresses.

The recall was initiated due to the risk of mold exposure. These mattresses could have been exposed to water during the manufacturing process, which might have allowed mold to develop.

This poses a significant health risk, especially to individuals with compromised immune systems, damaged lungs, or those who are allergic to mold.

My Thoughts

This is one of those times that it is good to be a member of a place like Costco because all the purchases are tracked. Hopefully everyone is able to get these mattresses out of their homes quickly and that the mold doesn't make anyone sick.
