Huggies Wipes Recall Amidst Factory Infection Concerns

Huggies Daily Care Baby wipes

Kimberly Clark, the company behind the Huggies brand, has recently announced a significant recall of their Huggies Daily Care Baby wipes.

Why were these recalled?

The recall was prompted after certain production batches exhibited a microbial deviation, a form of infection, posing potential health risks for users. The products, available as single or four-pack units, are produced by Albad Masuot Yitzhak Ltd.

Which batches have been recalled?

The company has specifically identified the infected batch number 2/144955/21 of unscented wipes and has urged customers not to use products from this batch.

In addition to this particular batch, Kimberly Clark, out of an abundance of caution, has also advised customers to return batches ending in the following numbers for a refund: 1896, 1911, 1915, 1919, 1926, 1940, 1949, and 1956.

What is the company doing?

Refunds are being issued for an of the above-noted products.

Kimberly Clark is actively collaborating with the Health Ministry in Israel to address and rectify the issue.

The recall has garnered significant attention on social media, with many users sharing information about the affected batches to ensure the safety of others.

It's essential for consumers to check the batch numbers on their products and follow the company's guidelines for returning any affected items.
